These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Polo Analytics mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Account Registration
You may register via Google Sign-In or by providing your email address and setting a password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Only one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts may result in termination.
If you no longer wish to use the app, you can permanently delete your account from the settings section. Please note: once deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
2. Use of the Application
The app is intended solely for tracking and analyzing horse polo sessions.
You agree not to misuse the app, including unauthorized access, modification, or distribution of data.
All data collected is for personal or professional tracking purposes and must not be used unlawfully.
3. Location and Data Collection
The app uses GPS data to measure speed, distance, and session duration. By using tracking features, you grant permission to access your location data during active sessions.
4. Intellectual Property
All app content, including design, text, icons, and analytics, is the intellectual property of Polo Analytics.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without explicit permission.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or illegal way.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure data accuracy, Polo Analytics is not liable for any inaccuracies, lost data, or damages resulting from app use. Use is at your own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
